An established network of 2,500+ GPs, plus direct pathways with WentWest PHN, DVA, ADF, Workers' Compensation, and major insurers. Minimum patient referral volumes guaranteed.

Modern, interventional & integrated psychiatry
TMS, esketamine, and group therapy in-house at both sites — capabilities few private practices offer, keeping you at the forefront of psychiatric treatment. Internal referrals between psychiatrists and psychologists keep care integrated.

Two well-appointed sites & telehealth from anywhere
Carlingford and Norwest, both with on-site parking and telehealth in every room. Dedicated treatment rooms and a comfort focused fit-out. Carlingford sits within a DWS, supporting IMG and SIMG Medicare access. Norwest is set in a medical precinct beside a private hospital.

A schedule built around you
You set days, session structure, telehealth mix, and scope. No quotas, no on-call, leave cover from colleagues. Capacity scales as your circumstances change.

Admin completely handled
Reception, scheduling, billing, referrals, reminders, and marketing run centrally. Modern software with e-scripts and AI-assisted scribing. Your time stays clinical.

A team, not solo offices
A team of psychiatrists and psychologists across a range of specialities and focus areas, working as one practice. Regular CPD accredited peer review, peer mentorship, and GP education sessions for case discussion, clinical learning, and ongoing development.
Who we are looking for
Clinicians who want to build a practice, not just fill a room.
Psychiatrists
Fellowship of RANZCP, or near completion
Telehealth-only from anywhere in Australia and/or
Sydney based for in-clinic consultations
SIMG welcomed – Carlingford practice is within a District of Workforce Shortage
Want to work in a collegiate environment with case discussion, peer review, and mentorship
Interested in modern treatment pathways and staying at the forefront of psychiatric development
Clinical Psychologists
Registered psychologist with Clinical Psychology endorsement, or currently completing a registrar program
Telehealth-only from anywhere in Australia and/or
Sydney based for in-clinic consultations
Comfortable working alongside psychiatrists in a shared-care model
Want to work in a collegiate environment with case discussion, peer review, and mentorship
Committed to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
We want to partner with clinicians for the long term, those who want a say in how a modern practice is built, not just a room to consult from.

Two welcoming clinics across Sydney’s north-west plus Australia wide Telehealth
Mind Connections Carlingford
On Pennant Hills Road with parking on site, serving Carlingford, Epping, Eastwood and broader north west Sydney.
Mind Connections Norwest
In the Norwest business district, close to both Norwest and Bella Vista Metro Station and opposite Norwest Private Hospital.
Mind Connections Telehealth
Nationwide Telehealth available.
