Carlingford
Mind Connections Carlingford is a purpose-built, stand-alone mental health clinic on Pennant Hills Road, with ground-level access, on-site parking, and extended hours including Saturday mornings. Psychiatrists and psychologists consulting at Carlingford offer assessment, diagnosis and ongoing care for a wide range of mental health conditions, alongside specialist treatments including TMS and esketamine. The clinic is within walking distance of the Carlingford Metro and light rail stops, and a short bus trip from Epping Station.

Mind Connections Norwest is a purpose-built clinic in the heart of the Norwest medical precinct in Bella Vista, directly opposite Norwest Private Hospital. Consulting suites, dedicated treatment rooms and a conference room for group therapy and education programs sit together on Level 1, with lift access and on-site parking. Psychiatrists and psychologists consulting at Norwest cover a broad range of mental health conditions and specialist services, and the Norwest Metro station is around a 10 to 15 minute walk away.

Telehealth
If travelling to a clinic is not practical, telehealth lets you see your clinician by secure video from home or wherever suits you. Psychiatrists and psychologists consulting at Mind Connections offer telehealth appointments across NSW for eligible consultations, including follow-up reviews, medication management and many therapy sessions. A text message with your video link is sent on the day, and all you need is a private space and a stable internet connection. Medicare rebates apply in the same way as in-person visits.
