Mind Connections is a private specialist mental health service, and we believe cost should never be a surprise.

Fees vary by clinician and appointment type, and reception will always tell you the exact fee and the applicable Medicare rebate before you book. For treatments such as esketamine nasal spray, written informed financial consent is provided before any treatment begins.

A range of funding pathways can substantially reduce, and in some cases eliminate, your out-of-pocket costs. The pages in this section explain each one: Medicare and the Safety Net, private health insurance, DVA funding for veterans, WorkCover and third party insurance, and subsidised services available through WentWest and the Primary Health Network. If you are not sure which pathway applies to you, call reception and the team will help you work it out.
