“No single therapy suits everyone. Over forty years of practice I've kept training in new approaches, from family therapy and cognitive behavioural and narrative therapies to EMDR and integrative work, so I can offer what actually fits for the individual I am working with”

Robert Craig is a Sydney-based registered psychologist with more than three decades of clinical experience.

He completed his Master’s qualification in 1984 and established his private practice in The Hills district in 1990. He has worked in association with Mind Connections across the Carlingford and Norwest clinics over the past 15 years.

Robert’s practice covers children and adults presenting with affective disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD and OCD, dissociation and trauma, couples and family therapy, behavioural and interpersonal difficulties, and complex psychological injury and Workcover assessments. He works across modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, family and narrative therapy, EMDR, and integrative biomedical approaches.

For more than a decade he has facilitated REACH, Mind Connections’ group-based psychosocial rehabilitation program supporting recovery-oriented care. Robert brings a long-standing, integrative approach to therapy, drawing on a wide therapeutic toolkit to tailor care carefully to each person’s history and goals.
